#3 Dynamic library loading fixes

Hi,

on OpenWrt I need the following patch to make loading of _alpy.so from python work:

The alpy.py fixes are probably just due to our python version being much newer. The problem we fixed in _alpymodule.c may be due to openwrt/uclibc dynamic linker pecularities.
