[Py3d-worlds-developer] new configuration parameter

in the USERSERVER section of the py3d.ini shall just set the 
IP_AS_DNS: myserver-DNS-Name

for example:
IP_AS_DNS: cuonsim2.de

This is neccessary for the Hypergrid.
