[Py2exe-users] "Unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)"

I'm receiving an application error when I try to run my executable on
the system where the code was written and the executable built.

The only message I seem receive from py2exe is:
The following modules appear to be missing
['ElementC14N', '_scproxy']

These are the packages I import in my code:
Pmw
re
Tkinter import *
xml.etree.ElementTree as etree

Any ideas?  This is my first attempt at building an exe, so forgive me
if I haven't provided a useful description of the issue.
