#65 under python2.4 python23.dll not found

When I run a simple setup script (directly copied from
the py2exe homepage
"# setup.py
from distutils.core import setup
import py2exe
setup(console=["myscript.py"])
") with py2exe-0.5.4.win32-py2.4.exe and Python2.4,it
told me that Python23.dll not found!!
I do not have a previous Python2.3 installation

This looks like you have some python2.3 binary extension
still in Python 2.4's module search path.
