Yeah, I agree it does need to open automatically and already have the last saved .pwd file loaded. I'm thinking about making a backup of the .pwd file because since it is written too so often when changes are made, the possibiity of the file becoming corrupt is very great. .pwd_backup file that just saves it to the same directory as the .pwd file.
Also the auto hide feature needs to be customizable. This is starting to irritate me as I'm finding new uses for the program.

Ok... the latest .net beta 2 release will support double clicking the notification area. This should be anything 0.0.5L and above.
