#7 ignores -B --ambiguous

"pwgen -B" shouldn't use 0OI and such but using this results something like this:

Looks fine to me. There are no 1s (ones) or 0s (zeros) in the output. I just used this to generate some coupon codes, using -B, and have no 0 or 1 in my output.

testet again with 2.06, still ambiguous characters like I O quiete often.
