bugfix to sinusscroll
added rest of sdl_image fileformats (bmp, xpm, tga, pcx, ppm)

removed fader plugins:
- wavescroll left/right

new fader plugins:
- zoom in
- zoom out
- rotozoom in rotating left/right
- rotozoom out rotating left/right

This release fixes several bugs, provides some changes to the plugin api. Update recommended. New fade effects: flame, waves left/right, sinus scroll left/right

For version 1.1 a nasty bug which could leave you with the only option to switch the gp2x off when browsing directories... Update recommended!

Also for 1.1 a plugin system for fade effects has been introduced. There are already transparent fade, scroll over and wipe over plugins included.
