#11 Keyboard shortcuts to changetab, closetab, open new window

Current shortCuts:
Shift+Ctrl+n ---> New Tab
Alt+F4 ---> Close Window

Suggested new shortcuts:
Shift+Ctrl+t ---> New Tab
Shift+Ctrl+w ---> Close Tab
Shift+Ctrl+n ---> New Window

Smart duplicate session:
Often i open 2 - 3 session.
Imagine that i work in first Tab, no other tabs are open, what i need to duplicate is Ctrl+Shft+T, but fingers remember Alt+Num to switch. If no open second tab and i press Alt+2 - duplicate current (first) session. More smart: i work in first session, no other tabs, press Alt+3 (or high) call dialog to putty configuration with connection's tree. Alt+(Num+1) - duplicate
