Previous version of putty-nd 3.0 works well, but version 3.1 duplicates some characters at input, eg. quote and double quote is echoed twice during console input. This is not a problem of local echo - i tried to set it Auto-Force on-Force off - nothing helps.

same here w/ the french keyboard, works well w/ the english keyboard ! (shift alt-gr to switch)
this may be due to the AltGr Key used to enter those caracters (~, `)
however, AltGr ^ works as expected (^), but not the ^ to the left of the $ (^^)
