The "Text" field does not exist in the MySQL table
$table_log (pv_log) (at leased not in PurpleView v191b).

This results in the warning.

As I do not know where this request of the "Test" field
comes from I suppose it is:
- for a not implemented feature
- from an older removed element.

I propose to remove or comment this source line.
