#578 canvas-help only covers [table]

Selecting help for a [pd somepatch] object opens the table help file instead of the pd one.
(Selecting help for inlet opens the right one)

both on 0.42.5 vanilla & 0.42.5 rc4 extended, Mac OS 10.5.8

I hope I got this right please post a comment if reports like this should go elsewhere

actually, here it opens the canvas-help.pd
this however, only contains help for [table].

therefore i changed the summary from "wrong help file for [pd] object" to "canvas-help only covers [table]"
