I've upgraded to 0.41.4-extended. When I output audio a constant glich/pulse of about 2 per second, is heard. What can I do to get rid of this? Mac OSX 10.4.11.
Yes it did, and because I got sidetracked never really got into trying to solve it. I looked at that link you supplied and tried increasing the sample rate to 48000 and then 96000. Nothing. I didn't try PD-Vanilla.

Did this happen with previous versions of Pd? Does it happen with Pd-vanilla? It sounds a lot like this bug:
