#1306 subpatch object width moves to last created object in subpatch

If you create a new mainpatch with a subpatch, containing one object like |t b|, then edit the width of subpatch |pd| to window width |pd | and then save the mainpatch and close it. After reopen it the width of subpatch |pd| ist minimal and the width moves to the object |t b |.
In text editor the ", f 23;" appendix moves from "X restore" line to the "X obj t b;" line.
I tried also Pd 0.46-7 under Win 7. same result.
