#1142 pow error with negative numbers

Whereas [pow] works fine with positive numbers, I found that a simple patch like:

[-2(
|
[pow 2]
|

produces a wrong output (0).

according to it's help patch "pow only works for nonnegative mantissas".

so it's not really a bug (as in "unexpected behaviour"), is it?
