[Pung-devs] Paddle movement

I was thinking the movement of the paddle should NOT be by grabbing
the paddle. but it should move in the direction of the stylus.

e.g: If the stylus is at the ritht of the paddle, then the paddle
moves in that direction until the paddle's middle is below the stylus.

I think this approach is better because you don't have to look where
exactly the paddle is.
