On 2003-11-10 I got a reply from hcinfo. The answer is "no"
for the following reasons:
- PublicWhip don't offer a warranty for the data.
HCinfoneed to be confident of quality before they can
provide a link.
- Our website needs to stop using the terminology
"attendance", and should instead say "division participation".
- As they are politically impartial, can't appear to endorse
the term "rebel", or the vote maps.
