#4 handling of record-variables

in some cases it is desireable that the ecma-script
variable of a <record> does not contain a reference to
a recorded file, but the audio-data itself.
the vxml20-standard is somewhat ambiguous about that,
but at least a configuration-switch should be
implemented for this.
