#53 PTPd hardware assist support for Freescale QorIQ eTSEC

This patch is for QorIQ eTSEC which support 1588 hardware assist module.
This patch is tested on QorIQ platform using gianfar_ptp.c driver, and all the changes were based on open source interfaces including hardware time stamps API and PTP timer.

Hi, it's tested on P1021, and the time error was ±150ns.

Hi Yang,

This result seems not the best. I have tried to sync our two directly connected boards with one commercial software stack and get the time error +/-25ns. Do you think that we could optimize the stack to get better result. By the way, I would try your patch on my board and inform you the result asap.
