This is my first try to port PTPd to windows. Patches are against version 2 but they are easily portable to version 1. It also contains code::blocks project.

Because windows don't have good timestamping ability, there is also possible to use WinPCap to timestamp packets at driver level. To do this, PCAP development packages must be installed on developer machine and project must be compiled with -DPCAP
