Which problems can arise if I will synchronize using ptp2d over wifi?
How much accuracy I can expect?
Are there some methods I can use to improve that accuracy?

I cannot say what kind of accuracy to expect, but you should expect much lower accuracy than with a wired network. You can try to improve accuracy through the usual methods, such as sending packets more frequently, but given the characteristics of WiFi networks I would be very surprised if you find PTP usable over it. If it does work out for you please let the rest of the community know.
