Can I install two versions of ptpd on my ubuntu 14.04 system.
one version ptpd 2.2.0 , I installed with sudo-apt get install ptpd command.. but in 2.2.x versions there is no provision for a Configuration file.
Other version (the latest 2.3.1) i want to install now and build from src.
If i do , will they interfere with each other or not ? And how to use the new one( 2.3.1) , where to put the Configuration file( location) and how to make it work in Slave Mode.
