I've read your PDF documentation about "Design considerations for Software Only Implementations of the IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol", and I tried to obtain the same graph about the one way delay filter's frequency response on your document (Fig 4).
When I execute the filter_response.m, I get the same curves as yours, but not for s = 2^16. However, if I change s=2^16 by s=2^12, I get the same curve as yours.
So, I wonder if I made something wrong on the matlab script, or if it is really s = 2^12 ?
