I'm testing the ptpd-2.3.0 results with the script offset_stats.m provided in the project directory ptpd-2.3.0\tools.
I'm using, as input to the script, the ptpd2.stats file generated on the slave machine. In this file the 4th column is the One Way Delay and the 5th column is the Offset from Master.
Why in the offset_stats.m script the Offset (the "o" variable in the script) is evalueted as o = t - tr? In my opinion, the Offset to be used in the script is directly the 5th column of the ptpd2.stats. Am I wrong?
Many thanks for your help!
Caterina

Dear all,

Referring to the variabile in the script, is it correct to say that t is the Offset from Master (5th column) and tr is the One Way Delay (4th column)? (see VTT_item post https://sourceforge.net/p/ptpd/discussion/469208/thread/0bd5c82f/#c159/fefa/3ae1)
