Hello,

I'm trying to understand the PI algorithm implemented in PTPd.
I would like to know what is the ADJ_FREQ_MAX value and how to calculate it.

  The calculation of MAXPHASE or MAXFREQ is not really explained in timex.h.
  
  Is somebody has more information about this ?
