PTPd with MultiSync 100 GPS clock hardware as a Master clock

I want to use MultiSync 100 GPS clock harware as a Master clock with applications running on my pc(slave) . Can i use PTPd to synchronise applications running on my PC with MultiSync 100 GPS clock harware ?
