Where can i download PTP v1 2002.
Do you still keep the code somewhere in the repository?

Thanks a lot for quick help.
Another thing was I already have 2.3.1 version installed on my ubuntu system.
Now i when i wanted to install v1, it threw the following error:

make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.

Although i can see ptpd as an executable.

It looks like the Makefile doesn't have an 'install' target but you
can just copy the binary out to disk
