#3 mousing code window causes ouput

On windows xp, with perl 5.6.1, and Tk 800.024.

Sometimes mousing over the code window causes code
to execute that, for example, prints!
I get extra records for example in my output file.
Sorry I don't have example code - the script+data is too
large.
I will make the effort to produce an example if it's
necessary.
For now, I am hoping the description of the problem will
be enough.
