#16 PHPUnit stack trace

If an error or failure occured while testing, a stack trace pointing to the cause would be great.
The PHPunit json output contains already the necessary data.
The basic structure required is already contained in the PHPUnit Eclipse plugin, only parsing and forwarding the output is required.

Would participate on this one, but source in svn ain't up2date :)
