Thank you very much for the program released under a free open source license! Added a program to a Russian-language site about free software, here is the link (xn--90abhbolvbbfgb9aje4m.xn--p1ai).
Please do not abandon the project, this is a very interesting program!
Will the releases be published here? It's just that nowadays, many are switching to Github without notifications on the old project pages.
The only bad thing is the Public Domain license, it is better to change it to BSD or something like that.

The main Psycle application is not actively maintained anymore.
There is a C-language based (rather than C++) fork under cpsycle subdirectory that is slowly being worked on, but is not complete yet.
Currently this project is maintaned here, but it is possible that at some point in the future it is moved to GitHub if that can better help on getting more contributors.
We currenty haven't explicitly labeled all the code as GPL, but I did made explicit that the "public domain" license was only the original Psycle sources, of which current Psycle almost redid everything.
