pstoedit 3.70 on MacPorts and OpenSUSE, and presumably other systems, is not correctly finding the external plugins it needs to do lots of the conversions it used to.

The OpenSUSE folk have written at patch, it is downloadable from https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/pstoedit and is attached to this report.

Please could you apply this for version 3.71?
