No. You would have to manually delete the PsN_<version> subfolder of the "PsN Core and Toolkit installation directory" (for example PsN_3_5_3), the scripts with names ending with <version> and/or <version>.pl in "PsN Utilities installation directory" and (pre-PsN4 only) the file PsN_<version>.pm file in the "PsN Core and Toolkit installation directory".
