#27 Patch for Java-based mzML Validator
This patch embeds the required configuration files into the shaded jar file for easier execution of the UI version of the tool. The command line version still supports to supply each file seperately. The patch needs to be applied from
psidev/psi/mzml/validator subdirectory.
Supplementary patch fixing test failure and removing dependency-reduced-pom.
Needs to be applied to latest head/after application of the previous patch.
