Version 0.24 release

I've release version 0.24. This includes a number of additions and fixes -

Fixed problem with watches and breakpoints
Support for UIO device driver (in addition to /dev/mem) for PRU memory access
Support dynamic processor/PRUSS selection using the command line option -p
Some additional info is displayed when prudebug is started

I'm thinking about moving in the direction of version 0.30 which might include the following new options -

History for the command line
Source code debugging (view original source code and set breakpoints with labels, etc.)
