Wiki started

I've started to put a little info on the Wiki (command line option and debugger CLI commands). Hopefully this will be helpful in evaluating whether or not prudebug will meet your needs, and support command usage once you've downloaded it. I've also uploaded a screenshot showing a couple common commands.
