Redeveloping the installation procedure from scratch. Since the first installation wizard required that the pr-config folder is set to write mode, because it needed to create the config file itself.
But now I have changed it. The new installation wizard won't create any file itself and will just install the database with required informations.
I'm trying my best to keep the installation wizard as simple as possible.
Well begin is half done.
The new version should be available with this evening with the version number 0.7.alpha.6.0
