I'd suggest allowing the use of mlevels for @set and
flag? purposes, e.g.

@set Avatar=8

equals

@set Avatar=BOY and @set Avatar=W4

#2 "8" flag?

would then return true. This could be implemented down
to Meeper as '1' and '0' would clear all bits (is there even
a 'right' way to clear those bits at the moment? W0
seems to work, as does !M) :)

My prime motivation behind this would be having a
consistent means of testing for flags character by
character (e.g. in 1 strcut loops), without doing much
replacement work.

That's also why I'd have wanted a single character
abbreviation for TRUEIDLE, COMMAND, and LISTENER,
and some others, but I think that was turned down for
whatever copatibility issues such an extension would
entail (it'd only affect those porting away from Proto,
and, umm, face it, Proto is by far the most flexible and
most portable server around at this time... would anyone
ever WANT to change back? Oh, damn, that was the
same argument they used to justify that they forgot to
implement a leave-protected-mode opcode in the 286
processor ;)~ )

Keep up the good work, folks.
