I've never heard of .cef format. All I can find is "MassHunter Mass Profiler software operates on
the compound data of different samples stored in .cef (compound exchange file) format files that are
produced by MassHunter Qualitative Analysis software. "
This sounds like processed data, not raw data. I expect the .cef was created from a .d and it's that
original .d file (folder) that you need.
