converting .WIFF file to MGF by using MS Data coverter with the .bat file
,the bat file contains the follwoing syntax

AB_SCIEX_MS_Converter WIFF"E:\wiff\Data\File AD5.wiff" -proteinpilot
MGF"E:\wiff\Data\File AD5.mgf"
Pause

after click on bat file CMD prompt like as follows

C:\Program Files (x86)\AB SCIEX\MS Data Converter>AB_SCIEX_MS_Converter
WIFF"E:\wiff\Data\File AD5.wiff" -proteinpilot MGF"E:\wiff\Data\File
AD5.mgf"

Guide.pdf" for instructions.
