#16 bzip2/other compressors support

It would be nice to have an option in msconvert to compress mz[X]ML with more powerful compressors than gzip/zlib.
First candidate is bzip2, which is already supported by boost streams. But having LZMA(xz) support would be also nice, as its output is just 50% mzML.gz size.
For MS data storing size is more important than compressing speed.
