The mz5 output files that ProteoWizard creates have a misspelled element name: the first "r" is missing from ChromatogramTime.

These are all the instances of the word "ChomatogramTime" in the ProteoWizard source:

pwiz\data\msdata\ChromatogramList_mz5.cpp (1 hit):
  Line 255:                 conn_->getData(time, Configuration_mz5::ChomatogramTime, start, end);

pwiz\data\msdata\mz5\Configuration_mz5.cpp (6 hits):
  Line 120:     variableNames_.insert(std::pair<MZ5DataSets, std::string>(ChomatogramTime,
  Line 121:             "ChomatogramTime"));
  Line 240:         variableTypes_.insert(std::pair<MZ5DataSets, DataType>(ChomatogramTime,
  Line 245:         variableTypes_.insert(std::pair<MZ5DataSets, DataType>(ChomatogramTime,
  Line 272:     variableChunkSizes_.insert(std::pair<MZ5DataSets, hsize_t>(ChomatogramTime,
  Line 292:     variableBufferSizes_.insert(std::pair<MZ5DataSets, size_t>(ChomatogramTime,

pwiz\data\msdata\mz5\Configuration_mz5.hpp (1 hit):

pwiz\data\msdata\mz5\ReferenceWrite_mz5.cpp (1 hit):
