#23 CAPTCHAs for user registration, etc.

This isn't a high-priority item, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to add a CAPTCHA to the user registration form.

It might also be prudent to add CAPTCHAs for story and poll comments, to prevent comment spam.

I'm personally a fan of reCAPTCHA, but that's just personal preference.
