#1 utils/mp3tag.pl relies on directories

The utility to put the ID3 tags into the mp3 file
probably won't work for anyone. I wrote it in an hour
and never looked back. Now that I'm looking back, I
noticed that I just hard coded my directory structure
in there. I'm not sure if I'm going to try and fix it,
or find a good tool to refer people to. For now, do a
search for "mp3 and ID3" to try and find a tool to tag
your mp3's. If you know of anything useful please let
me know and I'll stick it into the docs.
