#82 ProjectLibre won't open MS Project 2013 mpp files

When I try to open the example .mpp files from the Microsoft Project 2013 Step by Step book in ProjectLibre I get a progress bar, but then nothing happens. ProjectLibre opens, but it doesn't load the .mpp file. No error message of any kind.

I'm using ProjectLibre 1.5.6

Other (older) .mpp files that I have open correctly. Could this be something associated with MS Project 2013?

Hi there, are there any updates on this issue? Is there a workaround?

I tried saving my MS Project file as an xml, then opening it using OpenProj but I get a blank screen. Then, I tried renaming the xml into pod but the file doesn't open (no error msg).

Please help. Thank you!
