#24 Sharing resources between projects

The ability to share resources between several projects would be very useful. Since working on several projects at once is already supported, the old MSP paradigm of a master project which contains resources and includes other pods as sub-projects could be one way to go. A cleaner approach, I suppose, would be to use a workspace which could include several projects and (one or more) resource files. Of course, this could be more work to implement.

+1 this! There should be some kind of warning that appears if you over-allocate a shared Resource across projects, much like MS Project.

Also, the Resource Usage reports should show usage across projects (if the resources are shared).
