#135 XML file name changes to TMP

Saving XML file with project first replaces original file with a new one of different name, i.e.

1. opening: IO1 Gantt.xml
2. when clicking save IO1 Gantt.xml is deleted but new file IO1 Gantt_tmp0.xml is created instead
   then a new <projectname>_tmp<n>.xml appears every save click. </n></projectname>

One hint - I'm saving to the local folder of the Windows 10 Edu machine (full administrative privileges) synchronized via Google Drive client for Windows.
This behavior does not happen under linux (same version of ProjectLibre, Elementary OS Loki v.0.4, I'm using dual boot machine).

BTW - version is 1.7 but cannot select it from the "Milestone" list.

The tmp files remain when there is a problem in Saving/Export. Could you upload a test file to reproduce the problem?
