#67 SEGFAULT in libidctfast in Linux

I'm using ProjectX 0.91.0 on a GNU/Linux Slackware64 13.37 system.
I managed to compile the libidctfast.so library (using the sources inside the portable source package) for faster performance, however, with some MPEG2 files recorded from DVB, a SIGSEV originating from this native library brings down the entire program.
Attached is gdb's "bt full" output, without all the jre calls without debug symbols.
Please tell me if you need more info to fix this.
