I'm working with a great number of collections (30 -60) each of 1 file.
I cut them (every file), save it.
Th eobjective is to demultiplex them.
The problem is taht quite always I get an out of memory error (heap space).
I'm using the latest beta b23.

[20:31:19.998] -> we have 3 warnings/errors.
It's very very critical as I cannot save all the collection and every time reload all the files, reload all the cuts is really a big work.
Can you help?
Please.
P.S.
I'm on vista 64bit, jre1.6.0_05, 4gb ram, quad proc.
Have you tried to expand the java heap size?
I start ProjextX with at least 512MB since I got a similar error:
javaw.exe -Xmx512m -jar ProjectX-0.90.4.jar
