Project or Program start date is getting default start and end date of 01-01-2019 and 31-12-2099. After defaulting gnatt chart gives error saying project more than 10 years. If you save the changed default dates it saves but any other update to project details is changing the date to default dates

Hello some more additional information. Today again when I refreshed the site the date was again reset to 01-Jan-2001 and end date as 31-Dec-2099
