Greetings, I'm an Australian Architect spending half my time in China where I help manage a design firm working in Hospitality, Retail and Residential markets. We needed a multi-lingual solution for project and office management, and project-open covered all our issues. We're new to open source, but enjoying it so far, although the learning curve is steep. We're happy to help in whatever way we can. Kind Regards, Michael Hund *Michael Hund* 65 Davis Avenue, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 Australia *T* +613 9820 3761 *F* +613 8640 0504 *M* +614 1857 8772 |

Hello Michael, thanks for joining the list and for introducing yourself! I understand that the main issues you have with the ]PO[-localization are related to the representation of Chinese characters in the user interface and in the file system ... Hi, I asked Michael to join subscribe to the L10n list, so that he will stay informed about the upcoming localization efforts during the release process of V4.0. We'll work with Michael now on certain UTF8 encoding issues in the area of file storage, email and other integration links. Cheers! Great news. As for locales available ]PO[ is still quite Western-centric.
