Hi Henrique and Miguel,

you both mentioned that you would work on a Portguese localization
of ]po[. I've created accounts for you on our localization server,
so that you could start right now. You should have received each
an Email with your passwords.

Basically, you have to logon to l10n.project-open.net, then go
to /acs-lang/admin/, set the GUI to "localization mode" and start
translating the GUI strings.

But before starting to translate, please make sure you go through
the terminology www.project-open.org/documentation/developers_terminology
and define the translation for important terms.

I've enabled both Brazilian and European Portuguese in the 
server. Brazilian is the default, so all Brazilian translations 
will also appear as Europan translations, but can be overwritten 
for European (default inheritance).

Do you think you will be able to translate a substantial part of
GUI within the next 5 days? I would estimate that it's about 2
days of work to translate 80% of the server.
Please let us know if you think you can commit to the work. 
Otherwise it's better to say "No", and we'll leave out Brazilian 
for this time.

Michael Menzel (Localization Coordinator) and the other members
of the localization list may provide you with more specific 
information.

I'll send another mail just after this about the deadlines for
localization.

Hi Michael,

I have to ask something because I definitely have a problem understanding
some terms ;-)

Could you please clarify what means the following string
(intranet-timesheet2 module)?

Dedication Logging &amp; Casex by %user_name%

I cannot find it in UI and guess that this is a title of report containing
hours or days spent by the indicated user for a specific project. But I have
no idea what Casex means...

great news. Thanks for creating the accounts and for writing to Henrique 
and Miguel. I hope they will be able to make it. I would say that 2 days 
is maybe too short for translating the bulk of the strings. We have to 
take into account that the online translation process may depend on your 
Internet connection and your ability to move around in ]PO[.
Henrique and Miguel: don't hesitate to ask me if you have problems 
understanding certain terms...

Hello Dmitry,

thanks for asking. Casex is a system used in the past in ]PO[ for 
registering expenses. It is deprecated, and the developers have removed 
the corresponding strings from the database, although apparently some 
have "survived". Please leave it as it is, or ir if you're "bulk 
translating", please delete it (garbage bin icon on the right of the 
message).
